Lean Startup is a startup methodology by Eric Ries which lays out a framework for building startups. The whole idea of the lean startup is to be data driven and investing in features/marketing efforts which are clicking with users and reducing waste in terms of time, money as well as human hours.

The way to reach customers is digital. Using Google Analytics Dashboards you can increase the conversion rate for payments which can provide value in the long term in thousands. It can help you build website navigation such that they like your Facebook page, follow your blog or donate some money.

Another way of using Google Analytics to grow your startup is by keeping an eye on source & medium of traffic on your website. So you know which of your marketing efforts are working. Sure, you have to be smart about your marketing choices but you need to know which campaigns are bringing in traffic which converts and brings you REVENUE!

An entrepreneur hustles to build a startup and this tool lets him/her know which of the efforts are working.
